Nick an original Master Chef started Buckingham's restaurant with a unique approach having just One Table and no menu, and the recent additional dining area The Clown's Conservatory has a capacity of 24.

Buckingham’s is very unique; the concept of having no menus is very exciting. They offer all guests truly superlative food in the form of a surprise menu, whatever your tastes in food they can accommodate. It means Buckingham's can prepare your meal to your personal requirements with the emphasis on quality and freshness.

The team need to know your dislikes, allergies or dietary requirement, be it low fat, wheat intolerance, vegetarian, diabetic or you just don’t like mushrooms. Whatever your dietary requirements are, Buckingham's will be able to produce a meal of quality just for you.

Either book the ten-seater table exclusively for you and your guests or come along and enjoy a sociable gastronomic experience with other diners in the Clowns conservatory.

Nick is truly a wonderful chef and will tailor every aspect of his menu to your requirements. Diners will receive a call, when convenient, from Buckingham's to enquire the type of cuisine or dish you are looking for, and you will be presented with the best interpretation of that dish you have ever had!

All produce is sourced locally with Nick choosing the best of ingredients available daily. He will even be able to tell you what stock your Derbyshire beef has come from!

Choose Buckingham's to enjoy the most remarkable dining experience. Come along and enjoy drinks from 8pm served with mini-dishes in reception areas before commencing at 8:30pm with a gastronomic extravaganza!

we dined at the restaurant with one tabel with nick buckingham as our host. I have never enjoyed an evening as much! We simply told the guys what our likes and dislikes were and they tailored a menu especially for us so we didn’t know what we were having until we were seated which added to the experience. A wonderful evening and i cannot wait to do it again. Comes with the highest recommendation.
