Nat's Kitchen Buxton, Derbyshire
Situated just off the Buxton Market Square within easy read of the Buxton Opera House and the Devonshire Dome, Nat’s Kitchen is a restaurant that simultaneously promotes and celebrates Derbyshire produce.
The philosophy at Nat’s is to provide a service that they feel is lacking in many other establishments and pour their own blend of skills, experience and knowledge to turn the dining experience into something completely unique and special, every time. The restaurant space itself also reflects this, providing a cosy, homely space complete with an aga, sand-blasted wooden tables and large, comfortable sofas for enjoying a pre, or post, meal drink in. Nat’s is firmly rooted in the Buxton community and art work from the local children’s foundation can be found adorning the walls.
The menu is almost solely created using fresh, locally sourced produce, though the cheeses are left to the French to provide! With the key cornerstone of the Nat’s dining experience being value for money food without compromise on taste or presentation, you can rest assured that taste and value for money are catered for at Nat’s. Head Chef Todd is a natural talent who has experience in everything from London restaurants to fine dining establishments across the UK. His love of the surrounding areas means the produce is used sympathetically and cooked in a way that enhances and showcases flavour, texture and colour. You can expect to find dishes such as garlic mushroom ravioli and tomato and parmesan tart as starters and creations such as Guinea fowl with vegetable Mecedoine and fois gras sauce or grilled calves live with champ and smoked bacon sauce for mains.
If you are looking for a relaxed dining experience with exceptional cuisine, Nat’s Kitchen is a must. The combination of fine dining cuisine paired with homely surroundings creates a welcoming atmosphere that is a delight to dine in.

enjoyed the saffron rissotto with goats cheese which was reakly nice. As a vege I often find it a little hard finding restaurants with enough options on there, and to be fair, when making the booking and I told them I am vegetarian, they asked if their was anything in particular that they could make for me! You dont often get that! But, off the menu was fine. My partner enjoyed his lamb alot and we shared an apple tart with vanilla ice cream. a lovely experience which was very fairly priced.
